FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time for all orders is currently 5–7 business days. If your order has taken longer than this, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
2. How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Tracking Page once your order has been shipped.
3. Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It is completely normal for tracking updates to take a few days to appear after your order is placed. During this time, your tracking may show “We are preparing your order” or “Info received.” This simply means your order is on its way.
4. My order says delivered but I haven’t received it?
Sometimes tracking updates before the parcel arrives. Please allow up to 3 days after it has been marked as delivered. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Once an order has been placed, it usually cannot be changed. However, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
